1. Service Scope
ArtScape provides wallpaper browsing, favorites, downloads, sharing, wallpaper setting, avatar cropping, image compression, and Premium access screens. Some content is loaded from public remote content services after privacy consent.
2. Premium Access and Billing
- Premium may be offered through monthly, yearly, and lifetime products.
- Payment processing, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled by Google Play under Google Play policies.
- ArtScape uses a custom Premium offer screen. RevenueCat is used to verify receipts, restore purchases, check the ArtScape Wallpapers Premium entitlement, and provide Customer Center support.
- Premium benefits may include unlimited HD downloads, wallpaper setting, no-watermark sharing, and premium collections, as shown in the app at the time of purchase.
3. Content Use
App content is provided for personal wallpaper and image-tool use unless a specific license says otherwise. Save, share, modify, or distribute images only when you have the required rights and when your use complies with copyright law, platform rules, and applicable local laws.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use ArtScape to process, store, or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase checks, tamper with app functionality, disrupt services, or misuse remote content endpoints.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates Google Play policies or third-party rights.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or change app features, content catalogs, prices, or Premium benefits where needed for product, operational, legal, or platform reasons. Existing subscription and lifetime-purchase rights are handled according to store rules and applicable law.
6. Privacy
Privacy handling is summarized on the ArtScape website. By using the app, you also agree to the privacy choices and notices shown in the app.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
ArtScape is provided as a lightweight wallpaper and image utility. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for third-party services, store billing systems, or content you choose to save, share, or use outside the app.
